Your main tasks in this position are:

• In this role, you will implement information security requirements at ALDI SOUTH Holding.
• You will monitor compliance with information security policies.
• Furthermore, you will adapt international information security policies to local needs (e.g., due to legal regulations).
• You will provide assistance in navigating/explaining security policies.
• You will capture and process security-relevant key performance indicators.
• You will identify requirements for improving information security processes.
• You will monitor the measures and controls to be implemented.
• You will implement the global security awareness program locally.
• You will exchange relevant information with the CISO office.
• Monitoring local and legal requirements is part of your tasks.
• You will provide technical support during local information security audits (IIA, local authorities).

Your Profile

The requirements for this position include:

• As an information security coordinator, you have sound knowledge and experience in the areas of information security, risk management, or compliance.
• You have experience in implementing security processes and standards.
• You are able to train and advise technical teams on security topics, including the development of security measures.
• Your English skills are fluent, German skills would be an advantage.
• You possess analytical skills to identify areas with potential for improvement in processes and standards using KPIs, internal controls, and sampling.
• Moderation and communication skills are among your core competencies.

Remuneration

Gross annual salary from €62,500*

*Willingness to pay higher remuneration depending on appropriate qualification
