1 HR Expert - Strategy & Transformation Full-time for 38.5 hours/week

The main tasks in this role are

• As an HR Expert - Strategy & Transformation, you will lead and monitor the HR transformation to ensure compliance with methodology, governance guidelines, and timelines
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and project success
• In your role, you will analyze processes and associated volumes in detail to support informed strategic decisions
• You will define, analyze, and monitor quality standards and key performance indicators to ensure that project results meet expectations and provide sustainable added value
• You will identify and promote process improvements to increase efficiency and increase value creation
• You will create data-based reports and engaging presentations for international leadership personnel and regularly inform various stakeholders about project progress and status
• You will contribute to the development and expansion of a service portfolio
• Additionally, your tasks include supporting and moderating the transition of HR processes as part of a strategic realignment

The requirements for the role include

• Proven experience in project management and execution, ideally with initial leadership experience in a sub-project or workstream
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a process-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability and confidence to act effectively in an international environment, including with upper management
• Experience in management consulting is advantageous
• Familiarity with HR processes or structures is desirable
• English skills are required; German skills are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)

Compensation

Annual salary from €62,500 * Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
