How you will leave your mark
Your main tasks in this position are:
- As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will be the primary contact for our global C-Level executive search.
- Using your market knowledge, you will advise the top management of the entire ALDI Süd Group and create job profiles as well as tailored search strategies for positions at the C-Level.
- You will enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with top-tier executive search firms.
- Another task awaiting you is the creation of briefing documents for interviews with executives.
- The pre-selection of executive candidates, support during offer negotiations, and the conclusion of contracts with executives are part of your daily tasks.
- Furthermore, you will also handle recruitment for leadership positions.
- In your role, you will work on improving the quality of hiring processes, process design, and projects in the area of recruiting.
- Demanding conceptual and strategic work complements your area of responsibility.
Your profile
The requirements for this position include:
- You have relevant experience in Human Resources and Executive Search, and can demonstrate a proven track record in filling C-Level positions.
- A strong network within relevant executive search firms and exceptional communication skills as a consulting partner for top management are among your core professional competencies.
- You bring experience in supporting hiring decisions at the board level, strong business understanding, and industry knowledge.
- Thanks to your excellent stakeholder management skills, you can build good relationships with executives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills describe your working style.
- Ideally, you have experience in both internal and external executive recruitment as well as knowledge in the area of executive compensation structures.
- Prior knowledge of supervisory board processes and experience with succession planning initiatives are an advantage.
- You are fluent in English.
