How you will leave your mark Your main tasks in this position are:

• As a Global Training Consultant (m/f/d), you will continuously design, coordinate, and optimize global training solutions that support business priorities and enable consistent learning experiences in international teams.
• You will translate business and performance requirements into effective learning solutions, including digital learning, e-learning modules, blended learning formats, learning paths, instructor materials, and supporting resources.
• Your tasks include collaborating with business partners, subject matter experts, and global learning teams to analyze training needs, define measurable learning objectives, and recommend the most suitable learning approach.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the entire development of training solutions - from needs analysis and conception through production, implementation, and rollout to evaluation.
• You will apply didactic principles, adult learning theories, and modern learning methods to create clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences for various target groups.
• You will support the conception and deployment of digital learning formats and ensure that training content is scalable, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with global standards.
• You will work with learning management systems (primarily Workday) and digital learning platforms to support effective training delivery, learning experience, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• You will work closely with relevant global teams, including IPO- and Workday-related stakeholders, to ensure that training solutions align with global implementation requirements.

Your Profile The requirements for this position include:

• You have completed a degree in the field of Instructional Design, digital learning, psychology, communication, or a similar field.
• You have proven experience in the conception, development, and implementation of training solutions on various topics, ideally in a dynamic international environment.
• You have sound knowledge of adult education theory, principles of didactic design, evidence-based learning practices, and modern learning approaches for different target groups.
• Ideally, you have experience with Workday Learning or comparable learning management systems.
• You are proficient in using technologies for creating learning content and have at least two years of experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) as well as Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• You enjoy collaborating with external providers or production partners and can translate learning requirements into clear briefings, feedback, and quality specifications.
• You have experience in the conception and development of engaging digital learning experiences, including e-learning modules, training materials, facilitation guides, videos, virtual sessions, and supporting resources.
• You are passionate about learning, digital competencies, and designing meaningful learning experiences.
• You are fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Compensation Gross annual salary from €62,500* *Willingness to offer higher compensation depending on corresponding qualifications
