How you will leave your mark Your main tasks in this role are:

• As an HR Transformation Expert (f/m/d), you will support the implementation of the Global People Strategy and drive impactful HR transformation initiatives
• You will coordinate and participate in strategic HR projects to ensure alignment with global priorities and local needs
• You will support the design and further development of HR transformation concepts and processes and help to shape future ways of working in a global HR organization
• With strong conceptual and analytical thinking, you will analyze data, evaluate complex HR processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support decision-making and continuous improvement
• You will collect and translate business requirements into scalable global HR-IT solutions
• You will monitor and report on key objectives and success metrics related to HR transformation
• Furthermore, you will work with various international stakeholders and support the cross-border exchange of best practices through international meetings

Your Profile The requirements of the role include:

• You bring several years of relevant professional experience in international projects, ideally with a focus on HR or transformation. A consulting background is a plus
• You possess advanced project and process management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; experience in transformation initiatives is an advantage
• A solid understanding of HR processes, digitalization, and HR-IT solutions is a plus
• You combine strong conceptual thinking with analytical skills and enjoy translating complex challenges into structured and practical solutions
• You are highly structured, proactive, and open-minded
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Compensation Annual salary from €62,500 * Willingness to overpay based on appropriate qualifications
