Process Consultant Logistics - Focus Warehouse (m/f/d) (Commercial Specialist)

These are your tasks

• As part of the national Supply Chain team, you will design a future-proof process landscape for the logistics of ALDI Nord.
• As a functional expert and coach, you are responsible for all topics related to warehouse processes nationwide.
• You provide functional support to the logistics sites, define country-specific requirements, and support them during operations as well as during the introduction of new processes.
• You act as a contact person for the regional teams on-site, conduct User Acceptance Tests, and act within the team as functional first-level support for future users.
• You form the interface between the region and international units and are responsible for the contribution of the national unit in project business.
• Together with the regional companies, you identify, evaluate, and pursue KPI-based process improvements, translate these into a requirement definition, and conscientiously ensure that process changes in logistics are integrated error-free into existing processes.
• You support your regional and international contact persons in the design of logistical processes and coordinate this independently and regularly within the national team as well as with international specialist departments.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed vocational training or studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the logistics industry with a high affinity for logistical (system) processes in the area of warehouse management, warehousing.
• Knowledge of using ERP and warehouse management systems is an advantage (ideal: SAP Retail, SAP eWM).
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially in Excel.
• You complement your understanding of interfaces between processes and systems with excellent problem-solving skills.
• You are passionate about KPI-based process optimization and enjoy actively shaping transformation.
• Strong ability to formulate, visualize, and communicate requirements clearly.
• Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• A high willingness to travel to regularly support our warehouse locations on-site during roll-outs.
• English skills in speaking and writing, ideally at a B1 level (fluent communication on familiar topics).
