Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this position will lead you to collaborate daily with the Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Warehouse departments, as well as with suppliers. You will ensure the coordination of physical flows of materials and products while respecting costs, quality, and deadlines.

As part of your missions, you are the guarantor of compliance with the quality management system and the Group's CSR policy.

In this context, your missions will be to:

• Provision of materials and products for production
• Monitor the execution of the purchase contract
• Develop the procurement plan
• Control procurement management data and verify its compliance in the ERP
• Study the Net Requirements Calculation and place the corresponding orders
• Monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers (forecasts, reception anomalies...)
• Resolve supplier disputes
• Handle overstock and stockout risks and alert internal stakeholders regarding technical or supplier capacity issues
• Transmit procurement forecasts to suppliers
• Update supplier and item data in the ERP

Contribution to improving business performance

• Feed the monthly supplier performance monitoring and verify the execution of improvement plans
• Communicate recurring issues encountered with suppliers to buyers
• Inform peers during load or supplier meetings regarding stock level optimization and product availability.

With a BAC+2 degree in production management, logistics/Supply Chain, you have acquired a minimum of 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist in an industrial environment.

You master:

• - Knowledge of procurement techniques
• Knowledge of English
• Proficiency in the Office pack and an ERP

You are comfortable with data analysis and Supply Chain KPIs
