Site Manager Special and Large-Scale Projects (m/f/div.) (Construction Supervising Fitter)

In your new role, these exciting tasks await you:

• Overall responsibility and management of installations of our vacuum technology systems and their implementation on schedule, in terms of quality and cost - both domestically and abroad while maintaining safety-relevant regulations
• Coordination of assembly according to drawings and instructions, leading project-specific installation teams as a constant contact person for our customers, project managers, specialist departments, and external installation companies, including customer training
• Undertaking maintenance and repair work domestically and abroad to support the respective specialist departments
• Ensuring timely, professional, and economical execution of the installation, including handing over the system to the commissioning engineer
• Continuous internal and external reporting as well as ensuring complete site documentation, such as maintaining daily/weekly reports, material management, defect documentation
• Coordination, consulting, and supervision of subcontractors and external trades, including recording, evaluating, and negotiating claims
• Multi-month stays abroad worldwide
• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and monitoring installation work, conducting occupational health and safety briefings for specialist site managers and site managers of subcontractors

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed mechanical training and have undergone further training as a Meister or Techniker.
• You have already gained professional experience in carrying out multi-month international installations and in site management for special and large-scale projects.
• You possess a high awareness of quality, schedule, cost, and safety responsibility.
• You have already gained experience in managing subcontractors and in reporting.
• You have a high willingness to travel for multi-month stays abroad worldwide as well as very good English skills.
