Who are we?

What will you do?
You will become the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues. No production, no factory lines - you primarily work with suppliers in Europe and ensure that the right springs, materials, and products arrive at the right time.
In addition, you will advise sales, process orders, and maintain an overview of inventory and administration. And yes: you will also regularly visit our international colleagues, because for us, collaboration does not stop at the border.
Your most important tasks
- Contact with customers & colleagues - you keep the lines short and clear.
- Technical advice to sales - you think along about solutions and applications.
- Independent purchasing in Europe - you arrange materials and finished products from our regular suppliers.
- Order processing & control - you ensure everything is correct and runs smoothly.
- Interpreting technical drawings - you understand what the customer needs.
- Inventory management & administration - maintaining an overview, processing invoices, maintaining price lists.
- Complaint handling & returns - friendly, clear, and solution-oriented.
- End-of-month closing - together with the team, you wrap everything up neatly.
What do you bring?
- MBO level 3/4
- Experience with MS Office, ERP (preferably M3) and technical drawings
- You speak German and English
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical or commercial background
- Experience in the metal sector is a plus
