Clerk Honorarium & Payment Transactions (m/f/d)

In your role as a Clerk (m/f/d), you will take on an important interface function in the area of investigator site honoraria for our clinical trials. You will ensure that the associated processes are handled reliably, carefully, and on time, while keeping the different requirements of our national and international investigator sites in mind. Good English skills are mandatory, as you will regularly work with international contacts as well as English-language documents.

What you do with us

• You check incoming invoices and create credit notes for our investigator sites at home and abroad
• You take over the execution and processing of payment transactions
• You take care of the processing of dunning procedures and keep an eye on open items
• You create various cross-study reportings and prepare information in a structured manner
• In your role, you work closely with our project managers and the Accounting team

Who you are

• You have completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field – career starters are also very welcome
• You enjoy working with numbers, proceed precisely, and have an eye for detail
• You have good MS-Office skills and are particularly proficient in Excel
• You work independently and reliably and can organize your tasks well
• You have very good communication skills and enjoy working with different contacts
• You can prioritize your tasks well and maintain an overview even with multiple tasks
• You have good written and spoken English skills and can communicate confidently with international contacts
