Coordinate recruitment, including interviewscheduling, candidate communication, job offers and onboarding in Singapore andother regional offices including Hong Kong and Japan.
Prepare employment documentation, maintainaccurate and confidential personnel records.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
Administer leave, employee benefits, insuranceand other employee entitlements.
Coordinate payroll information with Finance andthe outsourced payroll providers.
Maintain and ongoing enhancement of HRpolicies, employee handbook and standard HR documentation according to best practicein the market.
Coordinate annual performance reviews, trainingand development activities.
Coordinate with external recruiters, HRadvisers and other service providers as required.
Executive Support:
Assistin travel arrangements, meetings coordination and team events.
Office Administrative Support:
Handlethe procurement/ organization of office equipment, office access cards,stationery, business cards, office maintenance and other administrative requirements.
Liaison with IT on setup/ cessation of emailand messenger accounts for staff, issuance/ maintenance of computer equipmentand system related requests.
Remote coordination for the setup and ongoing administrativeoversight for overseas offices.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. IHRP certification is a good plus.
Experience: 5-8years of full-spectrum HR and administrative experience in small startup;knowledge of Singapore employment laws with regional HR experience is a strongplus.
Technical Skills: proficiencyin Microsoft office.
Language Skills: Englishand Chinese, including conversational mandarin.
