About the position As an Inhouse Intercedent, you are the key figure ensuring the smooth running of our operational processes. You are the bridge between our clients, flexible workers, and the office. Your tasks include:
- Planning personnel and transport
- Communicating with temporary workers and handling all their questions
- Ensuring high-quality pool management, including absenteeism and evaluation interviews
- Coordinating recruitment procedures, including planning and guiding job interviews
- Error-free management of backoffice tasks, including salary payments and contracts
