Your tasks

• Coordinate product transportation between manufacturing sites, logistics partners and customers, including import/export activities.
• Manage customer orders, invoicing and shipping documentation accurately and on time.
• Work closely with customers, supply sites, distribution centers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Process supplier invoices and follow up on pricing discrepancies and payment queries.
• Maintain relevant customer and Supply Chain master data.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality teams on product availability, launches, allocations and related activities.
• Perform Supply Chain transactions in SAP while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics or a related function within the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain and distribution processes.
• Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders and/or 3PL providers, ideally involving import/export activities.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and confidence using computer systems.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
