Full job description We are looking for an Internal Recruiter/TA hire to recruit and onboard permanent and interim hires across Management Consulting.

It’s a high performing, but relaxed, startup environment and you will be hiring Management Consultants, Senior Partner and Director hires to lead business areas, and Technology hires - some very niche and cutting edge. You will also take on some external hiring for end client projects.

My client is growing geographically and developing new business lines depending on their client needs. You need to be happy headhunting and originating not just processing candidates.

Requirements

The ideal person is intelligent, commercial, agile, a good communicator and a team player.

What we offer

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

It's a hybrid role and you would need to work in their Hertfordshire or London offices at least twice a week.
