SHIFT LEADERS IN PRODUCTION

22.7.2026 - organization and coordination of work during the shift, leading a team of operators, setters, and other production workers, ensuring smooth production operation, fulfilling the production plan within specified quality and deadlines, monitoring compliance with work and technological procedures, supervision of occupational safety and order in the workplace, resolving operational situations and problems during the shift, cooperation with quality, logistics, maintenance, and technicians, support, development, and evaluation of employees, ensuring effective transfer of information between shifts, active participation in improving work organization and production processes.

Min. trained, experience in leading people is an advantage, ability to organize work and set priorities, ability to read technical and drawing documentation, user knowledge of PC work, experience with ERP or production information system is an advantage, orientation in the field of production quality, basic knowledge of 5S principles and BOZP, driving license group B, knowledge of AJ at a communicative level.
