Reservation

Responsibilities :

• Selling products by using sales techniques.
• Promoting Cretya Sunset & Reason Adventure products and facilities.
• Maintain knowledge about products and services available at Cretya Sunset & Alasan Adventure (such as promotional prices & facilities, special prices etc.).
• Establish good relationships with guests.
• Record and process orders made using various media.
• Note down payment methods that have been specifically arranged for group and convention guests.
• Create monthly reservation reports.
• Archive order data accurately.

Requirement :

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 1 year experience as reservation.
• Able in operating computers, MS Office, Internet.
• Able to work well in a team and able to communicate well.
• Understand product knowledge well.
• Able to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Have good analytical and critical skills.
• Frequently use the internet and social media.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Diligent and Honest.
• Creative.
• High integrity .
