We are part of an established outsourced marketing group with operations across several countries. We specialise in face-to-face marketing and work with MNCs across various industries to help them expand their market presence, increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Marketing Events team member, you will:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or services. Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally. Gather and monitor customer feedback to enhance their overall experience. Work closely with the team to meet client requirements and achieve campaign objectives. Represent clients professionally during face-to-face marketing activities and events.

Have experience in customer service, sales or relationship management. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Have strong problem-solving abilities.
