Your Role As a Junior Marketing & Events Associate , you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Represent established brands at face-to-face marketing activities, roadshows and events
Handle customer enquiries and provide professional service
Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the team to achieve campaign objectives and targets
Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement and communication
