Our FP&A team is waiting for you!!#vemseralares#vagasalaresResponsibilities and dutiesYou will do here:Lead annual budget cycles, forecast, and long-term planning;Conduct strategic financial analyses to support the Board;Act as a Financial Business Partner for business leaders (commercial/ marketing/ engineering/etc) with a focus on P&L and indicators;Prepare financial reports, tracking of main KPIs, P&L, and its evolution;Analyze the financial feasibility of projects (financial modeling);Contribute to the preparation of reports and executive material presentations;Work in partnership with the Accounting/ Controllership team and business areas in the preparation of financial reports.Requirements and qualificationsYou must have:Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;Advanced experience in Excel and Power Point;Experience in FP&A;Financial Modeling (valuation);Knowledge and participation in Budget and Forecast processes;Strong business vision, analytical capacity, and ability to influence decision-making;Advanced English.If you have it, it will be a differentiator:Knowledge in Protheus (TOTVS);Advanced knowledge in BI and other analytics tools;Experience in digital transformation and financial governance projects;Experience in Telecom.Additional informationYou will have here:Meal or Food Voucher;Transportation Voucher;Health Plan;Dental Plan;Life Insurance;Profit sharing.
