Maintenance Manager

Plan, manage, and supervise all maintenance activities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Monitor the performance and condition of machinery and equipment. Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and technical problems. Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions. Manage and supervise the maintenance team and distribute work assignments. Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, and required materials. Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with maintenance, safety, and company procedures. Prepare maintenance reports and monitor key performance indicators. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required. Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 8–15 years of relevant maintenance experience. Strong experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting. Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of maintenance planning and spare parts management. Good command of Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
