Facilities Technician

Your tasks

• To carry out mechanical maintenance activities, such as corrective maintenance, planned preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance, ensure quality of works and good workmanship and comply with health, safety and environment standards.

• Monitor, maintain and update records of all equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts.

• Perform and complete the assigned mechanical maintenance service requests and tasks within the agreed time.

• Ensure that the planned mechanical preventive maintenance schedule is complied with.

• Prepare and submit maintenance service reports on completion of tasks.

• Perform good workmanship, use approved quality materials, and comply with health and safety standards.

• Perform duties with initiative, teamwork, coordination, and continuously enhance skills and ability.

• Ensure mechanical installation and equipment are all in good working condition at all times.

• Promote and deliver good customer service and ensure tenant satisfaction.

• Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times.

Requirements

Education, certification and continued education • School grade pass out with practical experience in the mechanical field.

Years of experience • 4–5 years local experience in a similar role.

Knowledge and skills • Attention to detail and concern for quality and safety.
