Responsibilities Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen to enable smooth meal preparation Chop vegetables, cut meat, and make sauces according to menu specifications to prepare dish components You will prepare and stock kitchen stations, chop ingredients, and make sauces to support meal preparation. You will maintain hygiene and safety standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain food preparation and storage areas to comply with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety requirements
