Responsibilities: Lead and Implement: Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE policies and procedures in line with national and international standards.

On-site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Risk Management: Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies for all project activities.

Incident Management: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Training & Development: Organize and deliver engaging HSE training sessions for all personnel, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant environmental, health, and safety legislation and permits.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness.

Years of Experience: Bring 3-7 years of dedicated experience in an HSE role, ideally within the engineering, construction, or civil/architecture sectors.

Engineering Acumen: A strong foundation in engineering principles, enabling you to understand project complexities and safety implications.

Safety Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing robust safety management systems.

HSE Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and best practices.

Risk Assessment Prowess: Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks effectively.

Incident Investigation Expertise: Skilled in conducting thorough investigations and implementing preventative measures.

Regulatory Compliance Champion: Up-to-date knowledge of local and international HSE legislation and standards.

Construction Safety Specialist: Proven experience in managing safety within dynamic construction environments.

Environmental Stewardship: Understanding and application of environmental management principles.
