Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain project schedules

Prepare baseline programs, updates, and recovery schedules.

Monitor actual progress against planned progress.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports .

Track project milestones, delays, and critical activities.

Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.

Prepare resource-loaded schedules and manpower plans.

Review subcontractor schedules and progress.

Participate in progress meetings and provide planning updates.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .

Not less than 3 years of construction/project planning experience

Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project management.

Excellent using Primavera .

Ability to prepare professional reports using Excel and MS Office .

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience with roads, buildings, infrastructure, or other civil projects depending on the employer.
