Senior Product Manager
Al Mahrousa is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for a modern, AI-powered platform. You'll own the product from vision to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing to build something people rely on. About the role As Senior Product Manager, you'll define the product vision and roadmap, deeply understand our users and market, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver features that create real value. You'll turn research and data into clear priorities, and you'll be accountable for the product's success. What you'll do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with
business goals
- Conduct market and user research, and translate insights into clear product
requirements
- Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and risk
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through the full
product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond
- Define success metrics and KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data
- Analyze competitors and market trends to inform product decisions
- Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior product team members
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a
product or product area
- Proven track record of shipping products and driving measurable outcomes
- Strong technical understanding and comfort working closely with engineering teams
- Solid data and analytics skills, including experimentation (A/B testing) and metrics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with Agile / Scrum ways of working
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered products, or comfort using AI tools in the product workflow
- Experience in B2B or SaaS products
- Familiarity with identity, security, or enterprise software
