Data Entry

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic person to join our team, collaborating in the management and updating of key information for the operation. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry in RETAIL.

Main tasks:

• Enter, control, and update information from invoices, delivery notes, and merchandise in the system.
• Register new products and keep existing information updated.
• Load and update prices and supplier lists, verifying their correct application.
• Detect and control differences or inconsistencies in prices, products, and documentation.
• Digitize information from invoices, forms, reports, and other documents.
• Keep databases and management spreadsheets updated.
• Weekly register and update product shrinkage and its corresponding documentation.
• Collaborate in inventory control and management together with Reposición and Supervisión.
• Create, load, and update promotions, working in a coordinated manner with Marketing and Compras.
• Prepare and print updated prices for the branches.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and organize information necessary for the monitoring of the operation.
• Work in a coordinated manner with the different areas, maintaining daily and effective communication.
• Contribute to a good customer experience, understanding the impact of the correct loading of prices, promotions, and products.
• Respond to the requirements of the supervisor or area lead and actively participate in feedback instances.

• 2 years of experience
• Languages: Inglés
• Age: between 20 and 40 years
• Knowledge: Dinamismo, Gestión del cambio, Base de datos, Entrada de datos, Facturas, Mercadería, Microsoft excel, Operaciones, Organización, Precios
• Availability to travel: Yes
