Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance while coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all local construction regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including procurement and allocation of materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with successful project delivery in Dubai or UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes applicable in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
