We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The Foreman will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in construction management. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure project milestones are met. - Monitor daily progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. - Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and resource allocation. - Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or delays. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and report progress to management. - Provide training and guidance to team members to promote a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Foreman role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in construction or project management preferred. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
