Your tasks
- Lead the Formulation development process for new and existing products.
- Utilize Quality by Design (QbD) principles to ensure robust product performance.
- Oversee laboratory trials and pilot-scale manufacturing batches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology transfer to production.
- Maintain rigorous documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: A professional degree in Pharmacy is must .
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Pharmaceutical Development,
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong command of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and industry-standard documentation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional Technical Writing abilities and Project Management skills to lead complex development cycles.
- Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running and mentor junior team members.
