Plastic Injection Production Manager

• Participate in preparing the factory's annual budget to achieve the required objectives.
• Implement digital transformation & continuous improvement projects to achieve operation effectiveness.
• Implement the MPS to meet the established production targets on schedule.
• Monitor the production process during the three operating periods to solve any technical problems, meet required quality, and control cost.
• preparing and Manage Labor productivity to ensure delivery on time.
• Ensure that equipment and personnel are utilized at optimal production capacity to achieve maximum productivity and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and quality departments for cross duties.
• Supervise the implementation of preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good working manner and reduce Downtime.
• Supervise the implementation of HSE instructions to protect equipment and personnel from any hazards.
• Guide employees, review their work results, resolve work problems and obstacles, and take the necessary corrective actions if needed.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and motivate employees towards ethical work practices.
• Review and submit production reports and KPIs to the line manager for decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering .

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a Plastics Mold Injection.

Solid engineering background with a deep understanding of manufacturing principles , production methodologies , and process optimization.

Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency , quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP are highly preferred.
