Mechanical Maintenance Section Head

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mechanical Maintenance Section, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of all maintenance activities.

Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical equipment, optimizing asset utilization and minimizing downtime.

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the Mechanical Maintenance Section, fostering a culture of safety and preventing accidents.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Track and analyze maintenance performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall production operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team of maintenance technicians.

Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles, practices, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage multiple tasks and maintenance activities.
