Product Trainer

Your tasks

• Conduct training need analysis & market understanding

• Leading on all product training preparation & execution.
• Deliver product training to Project applicator, Painter, Retailer

• Improve product capability for Sales / Spec team
• Cooperate with relevant departments in developing and implementing proper training program

Requirements

• Administrating training system
• Communication skill: Excellent in public & virtual speaking
• High leadership
• Willing to learn
• Bachelor degree in technical background (chemical / construction materials)
• Training experience: minimum 3 years - preferred in construction & waterproofing field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Must be a self-starter, possess people skills; ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
