Process Technician

Job Purpose:

Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and improving the Post/Bonding process to ensure targets for safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost are achieved. The role also supports process standardization, troubleshooting, and the industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical industry.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP, ISO management systems, and Process Safety Management.

Experience with risk assessment, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
