• Responsibility for the sustainable assurance of product quality
• Close coordination and support of production processes together with the Production Manager
• Initiation and implementation of measures for quality improvement
• Interface to suppliers for the evaluation and assurance of the quality of purchased parts
• Structured and sustainable processing of complaint management
• Continuous monitoring of workstations regarding compliance with defined quality standards
• Planning and execution of internal audits
• Support of external audits according to DIN ISO 9001, especially EN 9100
• Participation in optimization and qualification processes
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Your profile:

• Completed engineering degree, e.g., process, electrical, or quality engineering
• MUST HAVE: Experience in quality management, ideally in a staff function
• MANDATORY: Knowledge of EN/AS 9100 (Aerospace)
• ADVANTAGEOUS: Experience with measurement and testing technology
• Confident handling of MS Office and QM software
• Good English skills
• Structured, careful, and organized way of working
• Strong communication skills and pronounced organizational talent
