Your tasks:

• Requesting and evaluating offers, including the creation of qualified offer comparisons
• Executing orders for part groups based on demand- and consumption-driven planning
• Creation and processing of inquiries as well as orders for non-inventory items (e.g., via E-Procurement and online shops for C-parts and office supplies)
• Recording and checking order confirmations
• Monitoring and tracking delivery dates
• Processing complaints, including credit note requests and invoice verification

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann/-frau or comparable
• Technical understanding as well as experience in planning/disposition
• Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a technical environment
• Confident handling of ERP-Systeme as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft-Office-Paket
• Experience in handling E-Procurement-Systeme and online portals
• Independent, structured, and communicative way of working
• Good English skills
