CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers.

Monitor workers' attendance, work performance, and manpower allocation.

Ensure construction work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.

Report work progress, site issues, and delays to management.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements Relevant construction site supervisory experience is preferred.

Knowledge of construction work procedures and site safety requirements.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Willingness to work at construction sites in Singapore.
