CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.

Supervise daily site operations and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Ensure construction work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Monitor project costs, manpower allocation, and material requirements.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.

Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant experience in construction project management is preferred.

Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, and site activities.

Knowledge of construction safety requirements and project documentation.

Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
