Quantity Surveyor Construction

Your tasks

• Prepare quotations.
• Follow up closely with clients on the issued quotations.
• Prepare and submit Progress Claims.
• Follow-up on the claims and retention amounts.
• Read & review new contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Survey/ Building Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, detailed and conscientious with positive work attitude, committed and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
