Application (Control)

Provide technical and application support to customers, including assistance with product implementation and technical enquiries. Perform product testing, verification, and qualification to ensure product functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and debug hardware, software, and application-related issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test records, reports, and other engineering documents. Support general engineering administrative activities, including the purchasing of laboratory equipment and related ERP processes. Prepare and update 2D/CAD drawings as required. Work closely with internal engineering teams to support product development and resolve technical issues. Academic Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline . Candidates with knowledge or experience in some of the following areas would be advantageous: Motion control or automation systems Electronics/electrical engineering Programming or software debugging Product testing and troubleshooting CAD/2D technical drawings Customer technical/application support
