Sub Systeme Manager M/F

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting a Sub Systeme Manager in Aytré. This position is part of a context of managing and optimizing complex sub-systems, where you will lead the design, integration, and technical compliance of innovative solutions. You will be at the heart of strategic projects, involving technical coordination, performance monitoring, and reporting to stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the design and development of sub-systems in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate technical teams to ensure the efficient integration of components.
• Manage the schedule and resources to meet established deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure the compliance of sub-systems with automotive sector quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall system performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to sub-systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in the definition of technical and functional specifications.

Work environment:

You will operate in a demanding industrial environment, where project management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and compliance with sector standards are paramount. You will interact with various departments (engineering, quality, purchasing, industry) and use project management tools, systems modeling, and LEAN methods. Agility and the ability to adapt to technological and organizational evolutions are valued.

Candidate profile

With an engineering background or equivalent, you have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of railway rolling stock or a related industrial sector. You master the principles of systems engineering, project management, team coordination, and budget management. You possess strong skills in communication, leadership, complex problem-solving, and risk management. Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations, project management tools, systems modeling, and LEAN methods is appreciated.
