Project Management Office (PMO) M/F

The Consulting & Solutions service line of Akkodis France is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting a Project Management Office (PMO) M/F on a CDI basis in Bordeaux.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure project monitoring and coordination
• Collect, analyze, and report project performance indicators
• Support project planning and resource management
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Maintain and update PMO documentation and procedures
• Participate in the development of project management methodologies and standards
• Assist in the management of project-related risks and issues
• Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, including scheduling and steering site actors

Working environment:

You will operate in an aeronautical industrial context where team coordination and mastering impacts on the supply chain are essential. The position involves regular interaction with different professions and site stakeholders, as well as active participation in the S&OE process under the guidance of the Planning team. The consolidation of forecast data and the preparation of claims are an integral part of your missions. Client relationship management and the relationship with the project are also at the heart of your activity.

Profile

A graduate with a master's degree in engineering, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the aeronautical or industrial sector. You are proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Jira, as well as Agile and PMI methodologies. Your skills in data analysis and reporting are proven, as is your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Rigor, precision, and organization are indispensable qualities. Proficiency in advanced office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), notions in change management and project financial management, as well as a sense of initiative and collaboration, are highly appreciated.
