Product Owner Assurance M/F
Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting a Product Owner Assurance M/F in Bordeaux. This position is part of the industrialization and automation hub, where you will be a key player in a pre-defined project, driving the definition, prioritization, and validation of product requirements in an Agile environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and the business team.
- Manage and populate the product backlog by writing and updating MMFs and US in JIRA, specifying the expected databases for each US.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure understanding of needs and compliance of developments.
- Participate in sprint planning, define the objectives of each iteration, and validate developed functionalities before delivery to UAT.
- Maintain control over project delivery, respecting milestones, budgets, and the quality of service of the Axiome AWS platform.
- Analyze product-related risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monthly consolidation of actuals and their projections, with proposed action plans in case of identified overruns.
Work environment:
You will work within the industrialization and automation hub of the DSI, in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) centered on the Axiome AWS platform. Interactions with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams are frequent, and collaborative project management is fostered by the use of tools such as JIRA and task tracking and reporting methods. Quality, documentation, and the maintainability of solutions are at the heart of concerns.
Candidate profile
- Graduate of higher education, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar position, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Excellent mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as backlog management tools (JIRA) and task tracking, is required.
- You possess skills in project management, organization, analysis, and formalization of functional and technical needs, as well as knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Skills in change management, quality assurance, reporting, and team support are appreciated. Your sense of prioritization, rapid decision-making, and ability to work in a multicultural context will be major assets.
