Electronic Systems Engineer M/F

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Hauts-de-France region and is recruiting an Electronic Systems Engineer M/F on a permanent contract (CDI) in Compiègne. This position is set within an automotive industrial context, where you will play a key role in the development and validation of innovative electronic functions and components for embedded systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic functions and components according to project specifications.
• Lead development in connection with the Electronic Architect: needs analysis, requirement structuring, risk management.
• Perform integration and validation of electronic systems in the target environment, ensuring monitoring of tests and fine-tuning phases.
• Ensure technical consistency and industrial feasibility of the developed solutions.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, contribute to supplier selection, and supervise internal and external validation phases until industrialization.
• Participate in the analysis of customer needs, the definition of technical requirements, and the drafting of specifications necessary for offers.
• Optimize development and validation costs, ensuring monitoring of the target product cost throughout the project.
• Capitalize on feedback and formalize best practices (guides, reports, lessons learned).

Work environment:

You will work within multidisciplinary teams in an automotive context, interacting with electronic architects, purchasing teams, suppliers, and customers. The project approach is structured around requirements management, product validation, and industrialization. The technical environment requires mastery of development methods, modeling and simulation tools, as well as the ability to structure and share technical expertise.

Candidate Profile

A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent (mechanics, systems, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field), you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or component development in the automotive industry. Mastery of doors would be ideal. Your organizational skills, technological curiosity, and communication skills facilitate teamwork in an international environment. Technical English is required for documentation and exchanges.
