Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its regional teams and is recruiting a Software Developer on a permanent contract (CDI), specializing in the automotive sector. This position is intended for candidates passionate about embedded software development, with a planned start date in December 2026. You will work on innovative projects related to cybersecurity, diagnostics, and stack communication within a demanding technical environment.

As part of the creation of a Basic Software service center in France, you will join an international team responsible for the development, integration, and validation of the basic software layers of next-generation automotive ECUs. You will work on existing AUTOSAR stacks used within the group and participate in their configuration, integration, and adaptation to vehicle project needs.

Your tasks

• Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Classic Platform modules.
• Participate in the development of Basic Software components and specific drivers (CDD).
• Configure Foundation, Communication, Diagnostic, or Cybersecurity modules according to your area of expertise.
• Perform configurations using ETAS ISOLAR and other associated tools.
• Develop and maintain ARXML files and BSW configurations.
• Participate in software integration activities on Infineon Aurix ECUs.
• Perform initial levels of analysis and debugging on test benches and on vehicles.
• Investigate anomalies reported during integration and validation campaigns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and industrialization activities of software development.
• Participate in software deliveries within a CI/CD environment.
• Work in close collaboration with international BSW teams and validation teams.

Requirements

A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, you have 0 to 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in the automotive sector. You are proficient in C/C++, Python, as well as real-time environments, AUTOSAR architecture, and software integration. You also have mastery of CAN and LIN embedded networks. Experience with Isolar, Infineon microcontrollers, ETAS ISOLAR, GitHub, and GLIWA is an asset. You are able to operate in an automotive BSW context, work in a multicultural team, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your analytical mind and rigor are essential for this position.
