Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its regional teams and is recruiting a DevOps Engineer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). This position offers the opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic environment, where you will participate in the design, automation, and optimization of deployment and operation processes for IT solutions. You will be at the heart of digital transformation projects, interacting directly with technical and operational teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Automate and optimize software application deployment processes.
  • Manage and supervise cloud infrastructure and on-premises servers.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure their proper functioning.
  • Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes.
  • Resolve incidents related to system performance and availability.
  • Ensure configuration management and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Plan and coordinate backup and disaster recovery strategies.

Working environment:

You will work in a demanding technical context, using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Github, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. Agile principles and the DevOps mode are at the heart of working methods, promoting mutual aid, collaboration, and innovation. You will interact with architects, project teams, and IT experts to support evolutions and guarantee the availability of solutions.

Candidate Profile

Holding a Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer engineering or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Mastery of automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, configuration management (Git), monitoring (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana), and network protocols (DHCP, DNS, NTP) is expected. An ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to an agile and constantly evolving environment is required. Curiosity, analytical mindset, autonomy, proactivity, and benevolence are sought-after qualities.
