Configuration Support Engineer M/F
Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Occitanie region and is recruiting a Configuration Support Engineer M/F on a CDI basis in Blagnac. This position is within the aeronautics sector and aims at the management, support, and improvement of configurations. You will participate in the evolution of procedures and associated tools.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the management and maintenance of configurations in an aeronautical environment.
Support technical teams in resolving incidents related to configurations and precisely document procedures and modifications.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate and validate new configurations.
Monitor and control configuration compliance according to established standards and perform regular audits to guarantee their reliability.
Manage versions and updates of configuration documents and ensure training and assistance to users on configuration tools.
Participate in needs analysis, propose improvements, and write technical documentation (justification, test procedures, test reports, FMEA).
Write and present technical documents and ensure the passing of development tests.
Working environment:
You will operate in a demanding technical context, oriented towards aeronautics and aviation, with regular interactions between development, support, and user teams. Methodologies include auditing, writing technical documents, presenting changes between versions, and continuous improvement of test and development procedures. Autonomy and rigor are essential, as is the ability to work in a team and communicate in a concise and pedagogical manner.
Profile
A graduate with a Bac +5 (Master's or engineering school) in electronic or electrical engineering, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the aeronautics sector. You are proficient in configuration management tools, version control systems (Git, SVN), and have scripting skills to automate tasks. Knowledge of IT standards, ITIL principles, and configuration standards is expected.
You know how to read analog and digital electronic diagrams, use simulation tools (LTspice), understand I/O to FPGA operation, communication buses ARINC, CAN, and write functional test procedures.
Concise and rigorous communication, pedagogy, autonomy, and proficiency in English for document writing are indispensable.
An electrical authorization TB-TBT BE Essais BT is required.
