Automation Engineer in Pharmaceutical Environment M/F

The Consulting & Solutions service line of Akkodis France is strengthening its teams in the Île-de-France region and is recruiting an automation engineer in the pharmaceutical environment on a permanent contract (CDI). This position is part of the Life Sciences sector, with the main mission being the design, programming, and maintenance of industrial automation systems based on Siemens and supervision in Delta-V.

Missions

Main responsibilities:

Design and program automation systems using Delta-V.

Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated installations.

Integrate industrial equipment into the Delta-V system and manage communication interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, etc.).

Collaborate with engineering teams to define and formalize automation needs.

Perform functional tests, batch layer acceptance tests, and validate the performance of automated systems.

Document procedures, configurations, and evolutions of automated systems.

Working environment:

You will operate in a demanding technical context, within multidisciplinary teams, and will interact with stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector. The industrial environment involves managing priorities and adapting to technological and regulatory evolutions. You will be required to write technical reports and actively participate in the acceptance and validation phases.

Candidate Profile

A graduate with a master's degree or equivalent training in automation, industrial computing, or electrical engineering, you have a first experience (minimum 1 year) in programming on Delta-V, ideally in a pharmaceutical or medical environment. You master Delta-V, industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus), and possess skills in diagnostics and automated fault resolution. Knowledge of Ladder and Function Block languages is appreciated. You know how to read electrical diagrams and write clear technical reports. Your sense of organization, adaptability, and communication skills are assets for succeeding in this position. All experiences, from beginner to experienced, will be carefully studied.
