Product Process Quality Assurance Engineer - M/F

We are looking for a Product Process Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F) to join a company in the Energy, Utilities, Oil and Gas sector, located in Carros. This permanent contract position aims to ensure product compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure product compliance according to defined quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes adapted to industrial production.
• Analyze non-conformities, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize process and product quality.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Participate in the validation of new products and processes, ensuring their compliance.
• Monitor quality performance indicators (KPI), write detailed reports, and communicate results.
• Train teams in quality best practices and raise awareness regarding risk prevention.
• Organize and lead the activities of multidisciplinary teams, and manage quality system documentation.
• Plan quality projects using tools such as Gantt or MS Project, and manage budgets and orders.
• Maintain contact with suppliers, conduct price studies, and present progress to the management committee.

Candidate Profile

Holding an engineering degree, you have initial experience, ideally in the field of product process quality assurance. Initial experience in an industrial environment is desired.

The candidate must be proficient in English and demonstrate good communication skills.
