DevOps and Infra Technical Expert M/F

About the company

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting a Software DevOps Engineer M/F on a permanent contract (CDI) in Bordeaux. This position is part of the IT department of a major player in the insurance sector, with the main mission of supporting infrastructure modernization and migration, automation, and the evolution of CI/CD pipelines. You will work in varied technical environments at the heart of production, infrastructure, and security challenges.

Your tasks

• Design, deploy, and maintain DevOps and cloud infrastructures, ensuring their reliability and scalability.
• Actively participate in the migration of CI/CD pipelines, notably from Jenkins to Azure DevOps, and the implementation of FluxCD.
• Automate and improve the reliability of continuous deployment and continuous integration processes.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms, as well as Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, and Oracle environments.
• Ensure configuration management, infrastructure security, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to quality of service, Run, incident management, releases, monitoring, and performance.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to guarantee compliance and the modernization of technical architectures.

Requirements

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally acquired in the insurance or financial services sector. You are proficient in Azure DevOps, FluxCD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Bash, and Azure/IaaS cloud environments. Your expertise covers technical architectures, automation, security, production, and Run. Complementary skills in GitOps, ELK, Grafana, Kibana, Kafka, Agile, TDD, as well as experience with database management and performance optimization tools, will be appreciated. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, good teamwork skills, and a real ability to adapt to complex and evolving technical contexts.
