Data Analyst M/F

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its regional teams and is recruiting a Data Analyst in Niort. This position is set within a banking and financial environment, with a mission oriented towards the analysis, management, and enhancement of data to support the company's Data strategy. The SPOT project aims to reinforce the team in charge of data feeding and correction, focusing on the quality and integrity of information for the people master data.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and propose correction solutions.
• Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and adapt analyses.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize databases and data management systems, notably via SQL and Informatica MDM.
• Ensure the quality, rigor, and integrity of the data used in analyses and deliverables.
• Use statistical tools, software, and programming languages (Python, R, Java) to perform quantitative analyses.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement of business processes.

Working environment:

The technical context relies on Informatica MDM for data storage, Informatica Data Quality and Power Center for processing, as well as Java and SQL for development. The Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools are used for project management and documentation. The team works in a collaborative mode, with strong interaction between business units and data experts. The methodological approach prioritizes rigor, problem-solving, and ethics in data management.

Candidate profile

You hold a degree in higher education in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or equivalent. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. You are proficient in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R). Experience with Informatica MDM, Data Quality, Power Center, as well as visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is appreciated. You demonstrate proven rigor, an ability to work in a team, and the ability to communicate with non-technical profiles. Knowledge of data science principles, machine learning, and project management is an advantage. Sensitivity to ethical issues and data quality is expected.
